Apparently, according to my staff meeting this morning, in Japan there are cafés where cats reside and entertain humans. You pay an entry fee, go inside, order coffee, and a slew of cats rub all over you until your time is up and you leave. (Actual cats.) The cats are the draw. They're called "Cat Cafés".
